Our Kitchen

Araucana Lodge prides itself on serving nutritious, delicious and balanced meals. Our set menu takes into account guests' dietary needs and restrictions, and most of the products we use come from the organic farm located on our property. Our menus are inspired by the incredible selection of products and flavors of Colombia and other ingredients from tropical countries in other parts of the world.

Fresh & Organic

In our garden we grow many of the vegetables and herbs that we use in our kitchen. We are committed to growing sustainably - without the use of chemicals and pesticides- to produce clean food. In the rest of the property we grow fruits, such as citrus of various varieties, coffee, banana and yuca. At every dinner at Araucana Lodge, we serve extraordinary salads with freshly harvested organic lettuces. We are able to accommodate all dietary restrictions with advance notice.
