Cancellation policy

Full payment is due to confirm your reservation. We are a small business that relies on knowing our guest count in advance, which allows us to deliver exceptional service. Our reservation payments are non refundable.

Airport transfers

Transfers are available from the Cali airport for $80 USD and from the city of Cali for $60 USD. Birding tours can be priced upon request.
